============================================================================ It's quite unlikely that it is a sexually transmitted disease. Are the panties brown only during periods or even otherwise?Describe the bumps a bit more-size,tenderness,colour,consistency,etc.Maybe then we can do something about it. There is nothing to feel embarassed about. At your age it is not uncommon. Regards, Dr.Shabana.
