Mandy,

DepoProvera can cause irregular bleeding. If I am not mistaken, one of the Drs. on the forums said it happens in about 40% of people on DP.

If you go on OCP's, put them next to your toothbrush, so every morning you will see the pills there and take one. If they make you a bit nauseated and want to take them at night, again, put them by your toothbrush or next to your alarm clock. That way, when you are getting ready for bed, you'll either see it by the toothbrush, or by your alarm clock that you will set every evening.
