Hello. I am on OCPs, and my last period was irregular, but my doctor didn't seemed concerned with that. However, in the past few days, I have been having cramping in my pelvic area. It seems to be around where my ovaries are. It isn't constant, or too terribly painful...just uncomfortable. It kind of feels like the discomfort I would feel when I wasn't on my OCPs, before I would ovulate. I have also been having more discharge that has been clear and practically odorless. I haven't had any other discomfort (no painful uriation, or itching or burning). I am very good about taking my pills at the same time every day. It has been almost 2 weeks since my last period. The last time I had intercourse was right after my last period. Any clues as to what this pain could be? I have not experienced this discomfort while on my OCPs, which has been about a year and a half. I was put on the pills originally for irregular periods and bad midcycle and PMS cramping/symptoms. Thank you!
