You have had PCOS for years, give the pills a chance to work. PCOS is a form of insulin resistance syndrome, and will best work with a low carbohydrate diet and exercise. Keep exercising, follow a strict diet, keep a diary of activity, weight, intake for 6 months and let us know then how you are doing.
