Balancing hormones naturally - warning LONG!!!

I am having a 26-28 day cycle, but I am consistantly ovulating on day 18 (based on charting). It took me 2 years to TTC #1, had 2 kids 19 months apart, and have been TTC again for 1 year.

What can I do to naturally balance my hormones out so that I ovulate on day 14 and have an adequate luteal phase? I saw a commercial for Estroven and the commercial said that it was for balancing your hormones naturally and not just for menopausal women. I've also thought of trying the natural progesterone cream, or synthetic progesterone but I'd much rather ovulate sooner and keep my 28 day cycle than to have a 32 day cycle.

Also, I have been having cramping pretty much all cycle long for the last 2 or 3 cycles. I have a few days respite right after AF, then I cramp for a full week before I ovulate (I also have very wet CM during this time), then I have a break for a couple days after I ovulate before the PMS cramps start, and then I have really bad cramps during AF. I had this problem until I got pregnant with my first child and it went away after I had her until just the last couple of months. Also, I'm not making any EWCM, and I never have. My CM gets wet and watery, and wet and sticky, but never really snotty and never very much. I am not really overweight, maybe about 20 lbs or so but I'm a healthy size. I really want to try to lick this thing on my own before I resort to helping things artificially. I really hope you can help me!!!

Thank you!
