2 Periods in less than one month?!

I had a period just two weeks ago - it was normal flow, and last about 5 days. And now, just two weeks later, I have started what seems to be another period. It's the same sort of flow, but this can't be normal! What would be causing this? I'm 20 years old, and have had my period since I was 11. This hasn't happened to me before. Also, when I was 16, I had an ultrasound and my doctor told me that I may not be able to have children without the help of fertility drugs, because of what I thought she said to be Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) but she told me that I wouldn't have to worry about that at such a young age and it wasn't mentioned at all after that and she didn't give me any more details other than that. Another doctor told me that I don't have any symptoms of PCOS (overweight, facial hair, etc.) so it would be impossible for me to have it! I really need some information on this. Could this be the reason I have 2 periods this month?
