Light brown or pink is usually a sign of old or diluted new blood. No discharge like this should be ignored and I highly recommend that you have this checked out by your health provider. Discharges are not always a sign of a vaginal infection and it could be coming from your cervix or uterus. It is probably not very serious so I would not panic but you should have this checked out.
