Hi I have a problem Im hoping a doctor can help me with.

My vagina and vulval area (including clitoral area), is very itchy. Now it is quite sore. It is now extending down to where my bum cheeks meet. It started a couple of days ago, and is just getting worse. It wasnt too bad on say about Wednesday, but by Thursday it had become much worse.

On Wednesday I started a course of Penicillin for a (seemingly) unrelated infection. But I think it may have started a couple of days before that, with just some mild itching.

Should I have it checked, or should I just wait until I finish the course of Penicllin, hoping it may clear up.

Also yesterday I had some mucus. It was 'egg-white', and stringy. Would this likely be just normal cervical mucus, or related to the itching? I am unsure about my CM, becuase I have PCOS and I am unsure whether I have even ovulated before, ever.
