Hello, i'd like to share my experience with yours. Actually i'm 22,and i've never had normal periods. i'd been to many specialists and all agreed that everything is normal, no particular problems and so i'm on progesterone treatement since i'm 17. i've stopped it for long periods but ...nothing. The problem is no one understands how frustrating this is and how deeper is the impact of this emotionnaly and psychologically speaking. At a certain moment i've had identity problems and till now i feel angry, upset, sad... and nothing destresses me. i've had a depression, taked antidepressants for 2 years and tried to suicide twice. Now i've got resigned and trying to live with it. As for fertility problems induced by this Amenorrhea(abscence of periods), doctors were always telling me that i won't have problems in getting pregnant if i want; i should only take another medicament inducing ovulations. But i don't really beleive in this and i still having problems of accepting my body!! Actually i'm seeing a psy since two weeks and i think i'll for the therapy till the end because i really feel the need to get rid of this problem and live normally without feeling inferior to other women and without this feeling of frustration. I need to share experiences like mine so u're welcome.
