Low sex drive - birth control pill to blame?

Hello, I had been taking Ortho Tricyclen for about a year and 3 months (I am in a steady relationship for about 2 and a half years now). I noticed recently that my sex drive was practically gone. I know that I am still very much attracted to my boyfriend and we have a great relationship so that didn't seem to be the problem. I began to think it was the pill. Just a few days ago my doctor heard my story and switched me to Loestrin 1.5/30. She thinks this will help me out. Does anyone have any opinions on this pill? Anyone that was in the same boat as me? I am only 22 and don't want to think that I am losing interest in sex already! :) On a side note, I also don't feel as though the Tricyclen helped my skin...it actually made it worse! Thanks for any help, I really would appreciate it.

Kim
