ectopic

My question is one which I have been trying to get answered for a while but with no results. I had an ectopic in Jan when I was 17. It was caused by the fact that I had un-diagnosed Clymidia. They removed my right tube but I still have my left. My question is what damage will the STD have done to my other tube, will it be severe enough to cause another ectopic, or after taking the antibiotics to get rid of it, will it have gone back to normal? Are there any specialists that my doc can send me to, or some tests that can be done to check on this? I am very worried about my future fertility, and having another accident and causing another ectopic.

Thank you.
