It hurts!

Okay..i'm an 18 year old female who has been sexually active with my boyfriend (17) for the past 6 months or so. When we first started, we used condoms, but now we don't ; because we are each other's first partners. About a month ago, i bled during intercourse, which was really abnormal..and we were quite confused. The next time, it was about time for my period, and i bled, but we thought nothing of it. However, the bleeding comes and goes, and i'm worried. About a week ago, after sex, i went home, and i found a bloody discharge on my underwear and i had painful urination for about a week. I thought maybe it was an infection of some kind, but it went away on it's own. So i gave no further thought...then this week, my boyfriend and i had sex about 3 times in 1 hour and i bled the last time. When i went home, i had to go pee, but instead of peeing, only blood came out. This happened every half of an hour! It felt like i should be urinating, but i didn't. Today, when i feel that sensation i do go pee, but it is orangy coloured and at the end, it really stings, like i should keep going. What's wrong with me!?!?!? I just moved to a new town and i don't know where to go to set up an appointment...can someone help?! Thanks
