Thanks for your time. It may be nothing, such as subcutaneous fat deposits, or may be hair follicles. If you have never been exposed to an STD the likelihood is small, unless it was transmitted by finger, mouth or non-penetrating genital contact. See your gynecologist after your period, or see someone else you can get into an a better and more available basis.
