I'm 28 and have only had sex once in my lifetime (two years ago). Lately when I get my period it hurts when I remove the tampon the last two days of my cycle. I just had my annual exam (still waiting for results) and the doctor said that I have a narrow vaginal wall. Does the vaginal wall tighten or narrow if you don't have regular sex? I don't have any prospects for relationships right now and I'm concerned that this will affect my ability to have relationships and children later. Does this happen and/or do you have any advice?
