I've retaken a blood test to see if it was a lab error, so what i'm wondering is is it possible to have a hyperthyroid without ANY signs or symptoms? I've reviewed some symptoms on various pages and my doctor has taken my pulse, felt my neck, etc. and we can't find anything. Should I seek a second opinion? Are there other tests that can confirm the blood work-up? Is there any danger in treating a normal thyroid for either hyper or hypothyroid? Sorry for all the questions, but I haven't had very much time to research causes and any possible unseen symptoms. Thanks for any help you may offer..........
