Kristin, Ligament pain during pregnancy is usually sharp, shooting pain. It tends to be located mostly on the sides of the uterus. It can be worsened by being on your feet, sudden movements and twisting movements-like rolling over in bed. It does seem to get worse with second and subsequent pregnancies... Lynn
