Hi there, the chances of getting pregnant right at the end of your period are fairly small. Women generally ovulate 14 days before their next period which means you have likely not ovulated yet. If your cycle is always about 28 days, you will ovulate on or about day 14 and would be fertile from about day 10 to day 18.

Having said this, you could have taken the morning after pill just in case but you must do this within 72 hours of sex and you are now past that time. There is no such thing as a 2 week after pill. You will be able to check a home pregnancy test when your period is due. Taking one now won't tell you anything. The pimples and bloating can also be a sign that your period is on the way.

Hope this info helps some. You may want to consider using contreceptive foam along with a condom which can help kill any sperm that manage to get away. Good luck!
