Hey I'm sure there's someone who's talked about this before, but it's really worrying me. I'm 15. I've had my period for 3 or 4 years, and it's all been extremely regular until lately. For a about a month or two, I've had my period just about every other week (like once every 5-8 days or so). I haven't had a change in diet or exercise, I weigh 135 lbs and I'm 5'4". I've been really tired a lot lately, and even with considerable amounts of sleep (8-12 hours) I'm still really tired. I'm not sexually active. What's wrong with me?

Please help me out!! I'd really appreciate it. Lots of luv, Ree

ps my friend kate sed that she had irregular periods, went to the gyno, and is apparently now on the pill which she said has really helped her out. would that be something that would help regulate my periods? because I DONT like having them this often!!

thanks
