Hi Becky Thanks for your help.

I started eating bio yoghurt to see if that helps, and so far seems to be helping keep it under control. I shall have to see for now !

Where can you find the lactobacillus supplement? Would health store stock it or is it a pharmacy item.

If this doesnt work I think I shall try the topical antibiotics. Do they have any side effects? How effective have you found them to be?
