Help. I am nearly 24. I have been suffering with Acne for 2 years, treatments like benzyl benzoate etc had minimal effect (I didn't get bad teenage acne). My doctor has prescribed me Minocin, which, although eases acne has immediately given me thrush.
I understand Dianette is an excellent treatment for acne, however, recently I had slightly high blood pressure (although this is now resolved). Is Dianette safe and will it make my blood pressure high again? Will Dianette cause thrush to re-surface, and additionally will it make me gain weight?
I was on DepoProvera over 2 years ago and I gained a lot of weight, which I have never been able to lose and don't wish to gain any more.
Please help me! Thank you
