I assume that I ovulated on September 1st. On September 12th I did a HPT that came up positive. On September 14th I had a little spotting which I regarded as implatation. I read that a HPT will only read positive after implantation. Could I be having twins? This is my 6th pregnancy I have 5 healthy children and I am 37 years old.
