Hello.. im 16 yrs old ill be 17 in 2 months , and i got my first period when i was 12. for the past 6 or 8 months my period has been very irregular and heavy.. when i first got it, it lasted from 3 - 5 days and it was medium. Now it only lasts for about a day, its very heavy, and before i get it, i have extremely painful abdominal pains and headaches and after it is gone i have brown spots in my pad. Now i would like to know if it is normal for my period to last such a short period of time? and if this extremely painful headaches and abdominal pain are normal at my age?
