Hello, I hope that you can please give me some advice. I have been to three different doctors and even went to a planned parenthood clinic. I have been tested by all of them for every STD and all the tests have been negative. This problem has been going on for four years. I cannot have a real relationship with anyone, so I have avoided them, now, though, I can't because I am in love with someone. PLEASE HELP ME. I have pain in what I believe to be the cervix - right upon penetration, be it during intercourse, tampon insertion or a PAP smear. This is not a pressure on my cervix that I feel, no, it feels like someone has been tearing my insides apart, it is a horrible, horrible pain, I cry during PAP smears. NO DOCTOR until the last one even wondered why I did. Now, this has been going on for four years. During that time I have had other problems. Now, my problems seem to be for the week before my period I have a clear, ammonia smelling discharge & gas & I have to urinate quite often and even after I do go to the bathroom, I can still feel it. The discharge itches so bad it hurts, there is so much I have to wear a pad. The week of my cycle the blood has a strong odor of ammonia. The cycle was very very heavy until I started back on the pill (why? I can't have sex). Then, the week after, the same discharge, only stronger, so strong that it burns my skin near my rectum. I can barely walk sometimes. I also get incredibly bloated during the week before and after. Please help me.
