Please refrain from using all capitals - it is difficult to read on the web and may delay or prevent a response. Please include a concise, relevant history in your post. Please do not repost a question within a 48 hour period. Please do not place your post on more than one forum. The same medical professional does all the forums on a particular day and repeats will simply be ignored. Please search the archives for questions similar to yours PRIOR to posting. Your question may already have been answered and you may be able to get your answer faster on the archives.
