You are the way you are. Of course you could get implants, but 1) they are expensive and 2) it is painful and 3) they are not particularly safe. Also, if you start changing your body so he will like it more, what will you do after you have children or if you gain weight or if you have an accident or get really, really sick? And what about his body? Is he so perfect? Would he get a penis enlargement if you asked him? Would he let anybody do major surgery on him, just for you? I think not.
