Saturday was the second or third day of my girlfriend's (ex-girlfriend's?) menstrual flow... that night she was wearing a tampon, but we rubbed my penis along her vulva... it did not go inside her, and there was no ejaculation, but there was preejaculate around I'm sure. We were not using any birth control, realized it was a huge mistake, and stopped. Her periods have been pretty regular 28/29 days over the last few years, but there have been a few times they have been a week to ten days late. She says that she can usually "feel" ovulation two weeks into the cycle or a few days before it. Yesterday she was very worried about pregnancy and says she wants nothing more to do with me, so now I am very worried too. How likely is pregnancy in this case? Would it be unsurprising? Rare? Possible but an extraordinary curiosity? How long would we have to wait before a home pregnancy test could rule out pregnancy? How about a lab test? Thanks so much... I have left out the details but this is a bad situation.
