Kate, your mom is right. She may be moody and not feel so 'perky' but she is not in need of medication for depression. What kind of medication are your aunts on? Medications such as prozac do more harm than good. They alter the brain chemistry and effect the mental ability to think properly. They DRUG people. And I'm sure you may agree, that no form of drug is good for your body. Your mom does not need to seek out a shrink or counselor either. She simply needs to draw toward her inner most thoughts, listen, I mean LISTEN to them. She is a very intelligent and health minded individual and KNOWS what is best for Her. I have a lot of information on how she can attain her way to happiness, on her own self determinism. If you would like to talk more, let me know. Take care and Best of Luck Mom!!! :)
