Jenna,
You need to eat if you are pregnant. You need to eat even if you are not.
If the baby does not get the nutrients it needs to grow, then yes, your baby could die. We all need to eat in order to get the nutrients to keep us healthy and alive. We don't eat, we die...simple as that!
If you think you are pregnant, please see your MD so you can get started on prenatal vitamins and to ensure the health of you and your baby.
