I am too tight to have intercourse!

I'm 17 and at age 15 when I was first fingered, only 1 fit. I hadn't been fingered since, until 6 months ago, and at that point only 1/2 of one fit, and now 2, ocassionaly 3. My boyfriend and I have tried sex, 3 times, and it won't fit. It's like trying to fit a screwdriver into a pencil sharpener hole...impossible. I do tense up, not just with this situation, but with anything, even if I get a back massage. My gyno said try using super size tampons, and to try stretching it with fingers, which doesn't really work. (I do use tampons, and the first time I ever did it took an hour and a half before I could get it in...I was 13). Last time my boyfriend and I attempted, I tried using a muscle relaxing pill, but it barely did anything. My gyno said I may have to get my hymen removed, but the hole will still be too small, I think. Help!!! One more thing...I don't think I ever orgasmed, but I do know I get this feeling in my stomach that's different but not in a bad way. Lately when my boyfriend has fingered me I bleed after, is that my hymen slowly breaking? It's happened for just that day for the past 4 or 5 times. But today, I bled like normal, but I have to pee lately a lot and every time I do I get that funny feeling back in my stomach. Please help!
