Previous message: AJ: "Re: Irregular Periods" I am a 23 years old female who has pretty mormal periods. Normally I have 28 days between periods. Last month however, my period was a week late, but i did get it even though it was very light. This month i received my period two weeks early and it has lasted for two weeks. The first week was just spotting, although it was heavy enough for me to wear a pany liner during the day and would stop in the evening. Today will be two weeks and it is heavy like normal. I do not know what could be causing such irregularity. My mother suggested it was because I started taking vitamins and practicing yoga. I have stopped now and am ready to get back to mormal.
