You need to get your two doctors to talk and help you as a team. Your
gyn is correct that the pill may reduce unwanted hair and periods every
3-6 months would be helped by the pill. Surprised you have normal FSH
and LH but that can happen. Periods that infrequent should be treated
with the pill to prevent overgrowth of the lining of the uterus.
