Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: leg pain/ feet swelling hurting" Hello. I'm 22 years old and have had a big problem with leg pain and foot pain. Anytime I am on my feet for more than a few minutes, they turn red, swell, and hurt more than I ever thought feet could hurt. I've talked to my dr and he always gives excuses without running tests or asking questions about it. One dr in his office told me that it was just this time of year. That it's normal for my feet to swell and have ankle pain that radiates in my foot and up my leg. I had not injured it, so she just said that it was normal. Any ideas on what this could be??
