Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: Lichen Sclerosus" I have severe vaginal itching and was diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosus. I have been using Betamethasone dipropionate cream. However the skin in that area seems to be getting thicker and feel rough in texture. Is this a normal reaction? Also I seem to have a very strong amonia smell? Thanks.
