First, warts do not cause infections, but the wart virus, as it is sexually transmitted often travels with other sexually related issues. Go to one doc and stay with him, be sure you feel comfortable with him. Suggest he do cultures on you, bacterial, chlamydial and gonorrhea. Do not overreact to your discharge. In general, if it does not itch, burn, have an odor or horrible color, it can be watched. Too much treatment is a bad thing.
