Unless instructed by your MD to douche, do not. It can wash away any healthy bacteria in the vagina and cause problems.

Did your Dr. do a culture to see if you have a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis? If not, or you do not know, talk with your Dr. Clamydia and other sexually transmitted diseases are not the only things that can be cultured.
