We don't have the luxury of an exam, the ability to see a patient or
draw blood tests. In your first post, you mentioned nothing about a
pregnancy, let alone 2 pregnancies. A good histroy can be helpful to a
doctor.
Medically speaking, I suggest you call the doctor's office and let the
receptionist know you need time to talk to the doctor. I personally
schedule talks at the end of hours to not be rushed. When you get this
appointment, share all your concerns and see what the doctor has to say.
S/he has the benefit of the exam, visual inspection, ability to draw
blood tests based upon the above and the ability to tie it all together.
