Unusual Question

I'm 22 years old and was diagnosed with endometriosis about a year ago. Immediately after my diagnostic lap my dr put me on Depo-Provera, one shot a month for 10 months (was only supposed to be 6 months). I had one period the first month which was Sept 2000. I only noticed relief the first two-three weeks I was on the shot which was ironic because I was also on my period. I have pain from the endo all the time, a new dr switched me to Depo-Lupron and my first shot was on the 13th of this month. I have had rectal bleeding, painful b.m's, painful urination, and pain that resembles that which you get with Gallstones. My ribs and around my back are hurting all the time and swollen. This has been going on since Novemember 2000 and I have been to a surgeon and recently was released from my gastronologist(msp)who said he could find nothing wrong, that it is prolly the endo. I had a colonoscopy done in Jan for the rectal bleeding. It showed only some inflammation in the sigmoid colon which had no known cause. I had a cystoscopy(for bladder pain) done on the 11th which also showed inflammation with no known cause. My questions are, could this be endometriosis that they are seing (since endo can be seen as small red lesions) or what could be causing all of the inflammation with no known cause. Also, what are some possibilities for the rib pain/swelling. Thank you for you time, Amanda
