I don't know why anyone hasn't answered you. Are you in college? If you are, your college should provide free counseling as part of your health plan there. If you're in high school your school should also have a counselor on hand. And if not, use your guidance counselor or academic advisor. They really helped me. And don't worry, they're used to hearing everything. If neither of these situations apply to you and your problems also involve gyno issues (which I would assume since you're on this forum) try planned parenthood. Good luck!

PS. my mom never found out I was seeing a counselor at college. Most counselors have a privacy policy especially since you're no longer a minor.
