With a limited history, all I can say is that stress is a potent factor
when it comes to hormone regulation and irregular or missed cycles with
complaints referable to hormone irregularity such as breasgt tenderness
would not be unexpected. I'm glad you're going for an exam to make sure
nothing else is going on.
