First, I applaud you for seeing this, and realizing you need someone to speak with.

Check with your County to see if they have a Mental Health Department. Try the health department. If there is a teaching hospital where you reside, they may be able to help. You do not mention if you are a student.

Since you are over the age of 18, chances are, you don't have to worry about your parents knowing.
