Intense Vaginal Pain

Hi, My girlfriend, 16, and I enjoy a healthy sex life. However, over the past month, she has been complaining of SEVERE/INTENSE VAGINAL PAIN inside the actual vagina immediately after sex. I have read up on Vaginismus (pain after or during penetration) however, this does not seem to be the cause since we can endure penetration and sex, it is only AFTER sexual intercourse that she feels these pains. She describes the pain as occuring in a number of random different areas, sometimes inside, sometimes outside, never occuring in the same place. She also describes the pain as a severe STABBING PAIN, as though a cut on skin when salt or water encounters the wound. The pain is so intense that she is in tears and cannot sleep. Another factor that may be pertinent (not sure though) is that she was "taken advantage of" about a year ago where she was the victim of forced sex. She explained the event as extremely painful but the male did not stop. She experienced bleeding and pain for about a week. When we first had sex after this event, the vagina was naturally very sensitive and sore upon contact. Slowly we gradually continued trying to have sex until the pain ceased and she felt comfortable. I am extremely worried that I may have caused some serious damage to her vagina or there is something severely wrong. Can you please help????? I am extremely worried!!!! URGENT
