Most likely hemorrhoids, less likely endometriosis of the colon. If you have hemorrhoids, the best thing to do is keep the stool soft. Drink plenty of fluids, eat high fiber foods and stay away from things that may constipate you. Hope this helps and write back anytime for more information. HSM
