I've had my period for 20 years now, and have never been regular. If it has been three months since her last period, you might want to call her pediatrician for help and guidance. You can even try for a Pediatric GYN (usually found at Medical School Hospital). You didn't describe the look of the discharge. Have you talked with your daughter regarding the discharge? It may just be time to visit the Dr. They can guide you in this and help to reassure both you and your Daughter.
