13 year old menustration cycle is very irregular

my daughter had her first menustration June 2000. She was 12 years old
plus two months. She was regular for months until March 2001 and she
hasn't had a cycle since. She seems concerned and wondering why it just
stopped. She is very active in sports and cheerleading. I think she
has some kind of discharge in her underwear. Should I be concerned
about it?
