Breast Pain

About a month ago I began having a sharp pain under one of my breasts. It doesn't hurt all the time, just if I roll over a certain way or jar it (as in hopping off my stool.) It seems to be improving, but when it hurts, the intensity is about the same as it was in the beginning, it just doesn't seem to happen as frequently. Is this something that needs to be checked out? What kind of doctor would be best to see? And what types of things could cause this?

Thanks.
