These cycle changes don't sound to be related to Accutane. Due to your
history it is appropriate for you to be seen by a gynecologist and be
evaluated. A pelvic exam, blood tests and a sonogram may be needed to
give you some answers but you are due these answers. With very
irregular cycles, birth control pills for cycle control may be the best
therapy.
