You have dysmenorrhea. Try 2 aleve 3 times a day during those 2-3 bad days. Try to start the day before period begins if you can. Taking 2-4 advil 3 to 4 times a day could also help. Other options are to go see your gyn and get anaprox ds or even get on the pill if you are comfortable with that.
