Kate,
The archives will show you there are no meds on the market to reduce (or
increase, whichever one wants) breast size.
I have a cousin who had large breasts. She finally had a breast
reduction, and she said it was the best thing she ever did for herself!
Most insurance will pay if they remove a certain amount of breast
tissue. The best thing to do is seek the advice of a Plastic Surgeon,
and go from there.
