I too live in a very small town, so I know how it goes in small towns.
Sounds like your best bet is to see a doctor who specializes in
reproductive disorders. This probably should be a reproductive
endocrinologist. This is a MD who specializes in hormones and
treatments related to different problems such as yours. Is there a
large medical university somewhere near you? As for the cost, I can not
even guess until you are evaluated by a specialist. When you make an
appointment with a doctor's clinic or office it is perfectly fine to ask
them about how much it should cost, that way you are prepared when you
get there.
