Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: turn to irregular cycle?" i started taking the pill 8 years ago and want to get off. at the time i began it my period was very painful and irregular. i was also 35 pounds underweight at that time, i am not sure if this was the cause of my irregular cycle. i am planning to stop taking the pill after my last dose this month. what can i expect? how long does it take my body to readjust to my regular hormone levels? i have been taking orthocyclen 28. is it highly likely that my cycles will return to their previous state? thanks for your help. -- jen Next message: Harvey S.
